Ingredients:
3 (11 ounce) cans Mexican-style corn, drained
1 can green chilies
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
1 pinch chili pepper
oro to taste
Preparation:
Just mix and serve with Scoops.
Flavor will blend the longer it sits,
but I can never wait.
