Ingredients:

  • 3 (11 ounce) cans Mexican-style corn, drained
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 pinch chili pepper
  • oro to taste

 

 

Preparation:

  1. Just mix and serve with Scoops.
  2. Flavor will blend the longer it sits,
  3. but I can never wait.
